The Vive Tracker are a very unusual and unique extension of the possibilities of the HTC Vive and the immersive experiences associated with it. For quite some time you could buy the Vive Tracker already as developer verse for 120 euros: now it goes into the commercial sale. In the US, they are already pre-orderable for $ 99 at the Vive Store. The Vive trackers have only one function: Their spatial position and orientation can be determined perfectly in the space within the lighthouse. Exactly as it is the case with the hand controllers. For example, they can be attached to any objects that can then be imaged in the VR, or attached to the feet of a person to track their position and many more.
Of course, we will also make the Vive Tracker part of the "Development with Unity on the HTC Vive Platform" course.
